I would like to introduce myself.  I am, Gayle Jones, a CPM®, RPA, CAM, Broker, who LISTENS to her Clients.

PERSONAL PROFILE:

I have been in the field of property management for over thirty (30) years and have credentials as a "Certified Property Manager" (CPM® ), a Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Manager’s Association, a Florida Real Estate Broker, a Real Estate Instructor, and a Community Association Manger (CAM). From December 1988 to June 1994, I owned Jones and Forrest, Inc., a brokerage firm located in San Jose, California. In 1994, when my husband’s company relocated to Cape Canaveral, Florida, I opened another real estate brokerage firm which includes residential, commercial and property management services.

Matching a client’s needs and desires to the perfect property is the hallmark of my career. My honesty, knowledge, and extensive real estate experience protect and support my clients during previewing homes, submitting all offers, and completing the many transactions necessary to close escrow. In addition, I have years of construction and development experience, which enable me to facilitate realistic bids and to supervise improvements and repairs. I serve as a confidant to my clients, not only in buying and selling houses but also in real estate investments. I am never too busy to answer any question, address any problem, or return any telephone call. Nothing is more satisfying for me than seeing the smiles and excitement of my clients as a result of a successful sale or purchase of a lifetime.

Over the years, I have managed a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial properties: apartments, condominiums, office buildings, warehouses, strip and regional malls, individual storage units, and developer turnover projects. In addition, I have a strong financial background, which contributes to my ability to increase the value of an owners’ property by using cost-efficient management methods. Though professional communication and negotiation, I bring my superior property management skills to the residential market place. Therefore, my clients receive the expert service that they deserve. I work extensively to help buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals.
